         Because of the varied regional cost and labor factors
         involved with insulation efforts, Richardson Engineering
         provides customized cost databases for the EIS programs.

         Your present disk contains database files denoting AVERAGE
         cost figures. If you desire site specific installation
         figures, the user can do one of the following:

           1) Utilize the EPIDB or EEIDB cost database programs
              included with the EIS software package.

                                -- OR --

           2) Mail your cost information to Richardson Engineering.
              Your data files will be generated and mailed back to
              you on a floppy disk.

              Based on user supplied cost information, Richardson
              Engineering can create your customized database files
              for $50 per insulation type. Cost information and 
              project requirements should be mailed to the address
              noted below.
